Landing Home
Landing Home is an award-winning series that Honors our Veterans and Military Families. It revolves around Luke Hale, an Army Veteran of the Afghanistan War who decides to leave the military to come home and be with his family. Back in the working New Jersey town in New Jersey, he struggles to find work, provide for his family, and learn to be a good father and husband while carrying around the invisible wounds of war. Something as simple as his daughter's birthday party quickly becomes overwhelming and triggers his memories of serving in the Afghanistan war.
Inspired by the Award Nominated Off-Broadway Play, The American Soldier written by Douglas Taurel.

Episode 1 - Staying Home
Luke feels the pressure of being back home. He wants to be home with wife and daughter who he loves more than life itself, but he feels the pull of the military and what he's always known, his brotherhood.

Episode 2 - I Should Re-Enlist
Luke begins to crack from his issues of PTSD and not knowing how to adjust to his normal back home in the civilian world.

Episode 3 - Forget about School, I Want to Become a Cop
Carolyn urges Luke to please stay home and use the GI Bill and go back to school. His inability to focus, to even fill out a resume, compels him to join the police force against his family's wishes.

Episode 4 - Not Going to the VA and the Pee Test
Luke's PTSD issues are getting stronger and he resists going to the VA to get help. He also needs a job to help support his family badly so he tries to fake a pee test with the help of his best friend Craig

Episode 5 - I'm Sorry Dad.
Luke admits to Carolyn that he failed the drug test because of smoking weed to help deal with his headaches, and he then breaks down and apologizes to his dad for letting his family down.

Episode 6 -Going to the VA and Talking
Luke finally breaks down and goes to the VA and starts to open up with other veterans struggling with PTSD. He learns he is also not alone in the journey and will always be a soldier. He also learns the incredible power of equine therapy and how to heal with horses.

Episode 7 - Horses and Coming Home.
Luke begins to heal with equine therapy and receives an urgent message from his best friend Craig, they both served together in the Afghanistan war. Is it enough to help him come all the way home?
